Dr. Simon Goncharenko, PhD, CSP, CSHO, leads Expert Services at  Veriforce and serves on its Strategic Advisory Board.

With 30 years of global safety leadership across major industries and multi-billion-dollar projects, he combines academic teaching with hands-on experience. Dr. Goncharenko has worked with leading companies like CBRE, Meta, and Microsoft, authored over 80 articles and 7 books on safety and human performance, and presented on these and other topics to countless audiences around the world. His mission is to make safety a global currency through practical, human-centric approaches.
